How Do I Place An Order?
When you see a product you like, click on "Add To Cart" and continue shopping by pressing “Continue Shopping" until you are ready to complete your purchase.
You may revise the quantities of items purchased by pressing on the "Update Quantities" button.
After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Checkout" to complete the purchase process.
You are done! Enjoy !
Note: For your security please make sure when you enter your credit card information that the billing address you enter matches the billing address of the credit card you are using exactly. (We reserve the right to delay and/or cancel any order that does not meet this criteria to protect you). If your shipping information does not match your billing information we reserve the right to cancel the order to protect you.

With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order. Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card.
Helping Mind reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
For the time being we are only able to accept credit cards drawn on a U.S. bank.
If I don't already have a PayPal account, how can I get one to use at helpingmind.com?
You can register for a PayPal account by visiting www.paypal.com and clicking on the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. After you complete the registration form, PayPal will send you a confirmation email. It will contain instructions to complete the registration process. Once your PayPal account has been created, you can use it to pay for products at helpingmind.com.
When am I billed ?
With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Will I Be Charged Tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries in our home state of Florida (FL).
The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped (If in FL). We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.
Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to addresses in other states.
* Please note, tax charges are only estimates until the order is billed/shipped out. List of states that are taxed may vary from the list of states showcased above. The shopping cart will list the exact taxes that apply accordingly.
It looks like my credit card was charged twice for my order. What happened?
At the time of placing your order, your bank places what is called an "authorization" on your credit card for the amount of your order. An authorization merely holds the place of the funds needed for us to actually charge your credit card when your order ships out. So, while it may look like you are being charged twice on your statement, the authorization (or first "charge") will disappear from your statement within a few business days and just the actual charge will remain.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
After you click "Confirm Order" and once the order is completed you will receive an e-mail order confirmation including an order number that will be sent to the e-mail address which you entered on your order form.
Can I add or remove items from my order once it is submitted?
Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we may be able to add or remove items from your order – but there is no guarantee. Once an order is being packed at our Distribution center we are no longer able to modify your order.
If you are requesting a change please email us as soon as possible at orderhelp@helpingmind.com to either add or remove an item from your order, or you may place an additional order at any time. If we are able to modify your order we will reply via email within 1-3 business days otherwise you will have to return the order. Keep in mind we do not provide a refund or credit for shipping charges on orders that are billed/shipped.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once you have submitted your order, and during the processing time frame, we may be able to cancel or modify your order (add or remove items) but there is no guarantee.
If you are requesting a change please email us as soon as possible at orderhelp@helpingmind.com to either add or remove an item from your order, or you may place an additional order at any time. If we are able to modify your order we will reply via email within 1-3 business days otherwise you will have to return the order.
Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to modify or cancel an order.
Keep in mind we do not provide a refund or credit for shipping charges on orders that are billed/shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by going to the "Customer Service" section on the home page and entering the confirmation number provided to you after you placed the order in our web – and pressing "go".
At any time you may also track your orders and Account History by doing click on the "Account History" under the Customer Service section. If already registered, you will be able to Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password.
Then, click on "Order History". Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package.
Every customer will receive an email confirming the shipping confirming the order information, the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order online.
You can expect to receive your package in approximately three to seven business days from the date the package shipped.

I placed an order and have just realized that my e-mail address is entered incorrectly. Will I receive my order confirmation e-mail?
The order confirmation e-mail is automatically generated so Helping Mind will not be able to send you another order confirmation e-mail. However, you may change your e-mail address to receive order confirmation emails for future orders.
To change your e-mail address, go to the "Customer Service" section on our web, click on "Account History" sign in (with the email that you registered with – even if it was an incorrect one). Once you are signed in, you can change your account profile by clicking on your name and editing the email information or any other account information you want to change accordingly.
Important: If you want to change your password, please be sure to enter it twice. You can change your billing information at the time of your next purchase.
Is the site secure?
Any personal information given to Helping Mind online will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Helping Mind's web technology and server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Helping Mind does not store your credit card information at any time.
Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This advanced encryption technology that works with Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above).

All orders from Helping Mind’s web are shipped – Monday through Friday - via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail as these are the most economical rates to our customers.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. The cost will vary depending on the number of items purchased and where your order is being shipped to. Please review prices before entering credit card information for your purchase.
NOTE: No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses are automatically shipped via USPS Ground and can’t be expedited.
Standard Delivery Orders
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing.
Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once it is shipped, orders via standard delivery are generally received within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Delivery Orders (Overnight). Note: USPS Priority Mail usually delivers in 2 days
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday before 10 AM (EST)... There is no express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, A.P.O. and F.P.O addresses.
Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday before 10:00 AM (EST) will arrive on Monday.
Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and does not include the time needed to prepare your order.
While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders may take additional time.
Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands will ship via USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited.
When is my order shipped?
For expedited shipping, orders must be made before 10:00am Eastern time to guarantee that your order is processed same day.
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
If your shipping information does not match your billing information we may choose to cancel the order in order to protect you.
Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST), not including holidays. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.
Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?
No. We can no longer ship to P.O. Boxes.
However, orders shipped to A.P.O. or F.P.O., boxes within the United States will be automatically shipped via USPS Ground.
Can I ship an order to a foreign country?
At the present time, Helping Mind can only ship orders to addresses located within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands. Orders being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS (unless the Next Day or 2nd Day Air option is chosen), and may take 7-14 days for ground delivery.
We are working toward adding delivery to more international addresses in the future as an option to our customers.
Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination. We may reserve the right to cancel orders with addresses different to their mailing addresses in order to protect the security of our customers.
Can You Gift Box My Order?
Helping Mind currently doesn’t offer a gift box option. When and if this option becomes available we will update our information and order choices, and notify you accordingly.
We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
How will I know If my order shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Click here to login and check the status of your order.
When will I be charged?
Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders accepted by you have been subject to your prior verification and acceptance before their shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors entered.
