Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Helping Mind accepts exchanges and returns of merchandise purchased through helpingmind.com within 30 days of purchase. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. We also cannot accept your return/exchange unless your Helping Mind products are sent back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as we sent them to you. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns on merchandise showing any signs of use or wear. Also, if the original packaging is not included or is damaged, customers will be responsible for a $5 re-stocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please use the following guidelines for your return/exchange:

For Exchanges:

To exchange your Helping Mind for a different size or style, please check the box on the Exchange/Return portion of the order form that best applies to your exchange request. Return the entire order form along with your exchange to the Helping Mind Exchange/Return address listed. Please be assured, we will process your exchange promptly upon receipt of your package.

For Returns/Exchanges:

To return your unworn Helping Mind product for a refund, please check the REFUND box on the order form that came with your . Return the entire form along with the unworn merchandise to the Helping Mind Exchange/Return address listed. A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse shipping or any duty/brokerage charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping the exchange/return merchandise back to our office. We highly recommend returned merchandise be shipped through UPS/FedEx who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. Helping Mind will not be responsible for returns/exchanges lost in transit coming back to us. Please remember, Helping Mind reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
